We started on the Newcastle Quayside Sunday Market in 2016 with one thing in mind - bringing the cheeseburger back to its American roots of quality, flavour and simplicity to deliver the best burger out there.  We source the best beef available from rare and traditional breed cows and mix a bespoke selection of cuts into our patties.   We smash them onto a raging hot grill, cover in cheese, stack them in double or triples, then steam to melt everything together.   Our sauces and seasonings are freshly made, in house, and are designed to compliment the beefy flavours we create.   We have a fantastic team and we pride ourselves in looking after them so they can relax and give you the most enjoyable experience.  Our food is all made to order and served fast food style. 

We don’t take bookings, so you will always be able to just turn up and grab a seat when one is available!
