PEANUTS? IN A BURGER?

Yes you heard it right and yes it is a thing, but does it work? In 1930 a small, functional drive-in was opened in Butte Montana by Matt Korn, a local proprietor, on Interstate 15. It was one of the first of its kind in Montana and with its unassuming build and decor and its simple name of Matt's Place, its probably not the kind of establishment you would associate with one of the best burgers in the USA. Its famous burger is, you guessed it, a peanut burger which is topped with coarse peanuts mixed in miracle whip (an American brand Mayonnaise alternative).
