  • Is the restaurant accessible?
    Yes, both our Newcastle and Leeds stores are situated on ground level and are fully accessible with accessible facilities.
  • Do you have child friendly facilities?
    Both our venues are family friendly. We have baby changing facilities and highchairs available. There is also plenty of space to move around with prams and pushchairs and suitable storage near to the tables.
  • Is the restaurant dog friendly?
    Well behaved dogs are welcome in both our Newcastle and Leeds venues. We also have outdoor dining space in Newcastle.
  • Do you take bookings?
    No we don't, we are a fast food restaurant and as such encourage people to come down whenever they would like to eat and not have to worry about booking a table. You order at the counter, then take a seat and the food comes out quickly so we always have tables freeing up as people arrive.
  • Do you take bookings for larger groups?
    No we don’t, our style of service and restaurant setup doesn’t make any bookings possible, however as mentioned above we are a fast food restaurant with plenty of tables so you are welcome to come along and sit across a few tables.
  • Can I order in advance?
    All our food is made fast and fresh once you’re in our venue. Unfortunately we can’t accommodate pre-orders by phone, email or social media, however you can choose to pre-order your food to take away through our ‘Click and Collect’ option.
  • Are stag and hen do’s welcome?
    We will do our best to accommodate stag and hen groups for walk in’s where there is space and are of course, always happy to provide food to take out. We do ask that you respect the staff and other diners when eating in our venues. Please also note that alcohol can only be purchased after 11am and with a meal.
  • Do you do delivery?
    Yes we do, we are an exclusive partner of Deliveroo for local deliveries in Newcastle and Leeds.
  • Where does your beef come from?
    We are supplied by Taste Tradition, specialists in rare and traditional breed meats. They farm the highest quality grass fed beef in North Yorkshire, which is then dry aged before being made into our bespoke patties.
  • Where is your chicken from?
    Our chicken comes from Soanes Poultry who farm all of their higher welfare chicken in and around the Yorkshire Wolds.
  • Are your eggs free range?
    Yes our eggs are free range and from local farms.
  • Do you cater to food allergies and intolerances?
    We will do everything possible to cater to your food allergy or intolerance, just let our team know when ordering. However due to the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our food will be completely free of all traces of allergens. Please see our allergen notice in store or on our website for full details.
  • Are your burgers gluten free?
    Most of the menu can be made as a gluten free option. Simply mention this to our team when ordering or pop it in the notes when placing your order. Please note however that our chicken is not gluten free due to the flour in the coating. If unsure please speak to a member of the team.
  • Is the food halal?
    Unfortunately, none of our meat is certified halal and we fry in beef dripping. However we do have a vegan option and vegan fries.
  • Do you have vegetarian/vegan options?
    We have a plant based option on both our lunch and breakfast menu, as well as vegan fries.
  • What oil do you use for frying?
    We fry in un-deodourised beef dripping as standard for extra crispiness and flavour. If you don't eat meat, we also have veg oil fryers in the kitchen.
  • Do you have a kids menu?
    We do offer a kids meal, just for the smaller Stackers. This includes either a single patty burger or chicken sandwich, fries and a drink for only £3 (Cheaper than a happy meal!)
  • Do you offer discounts for students, blue lights, armed forces or other?
    We don’t currently offer any additional discounts. Whilst we acknowledge that certain members of society have done and continue to do great things, we believe our food is already priced to offer great value to everyone and we have a number of deals available in store that are available to all.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes we do, please visit to order online or speak to a member of the team in store.
  • How long are the gift cards valid for?
    Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Do you have a loyalty scheme?
    Yes! Each time you visit and buy a burger you can collect loyalty stamps, these earn you free fries and soda after 5 visits and a free meal on your 10th. Pick up a loyalty card in store.
  • Do you offer charity prizes?
    We do support a number of local charities. Please email with any specific requests and we will look into them straight away.
  • How do I leave feedback?
    Feedback is really important to us. We would always ask that if something isn't right that you mention this to a member of our team straight away. You can also leave us your feedback via the feedback form on our website, via google or by emailing us at
  • Can I tip the team and do they get 100% of the tips?
    Of course! You can leave a tip for the team by using our contactless tip service in both of our venues. We don't have access to the tips so you can be assured that everything goes straight to the team and is divided fairly amongst them.
  • What do I do if I have an issue with my Deliveroo order?
    Unfortunately, as Deliveroo is a third party service, we are unable to refund or re-send any food that is missing or doesn’t arrive to our usual high standards. We do double check orders before they go out, however no-one is perfect and occasionally something won't arrive as planned. For any missing items or other issues, please contact Deliveroo Customer Services who will be able to help.
